How long will my order take?
Good things take time, orders usually take 1–3 weeks, depending on the time of year and order volume.

 

Holiday Order Deadlines

To ensure delivery before the holidays, please place orders by the dates below:

November 30: Last day to order for arrival before the first night of Hanukkah

December 7: Last day to order for arrival before the last night of Hanukkah

December 10: Last day to order for arrival before Christmas

Need it sooner? Rush fulfillment is available on a case-by-case basis. To request a rush order, DM us on Instagram @withlove.ytb before ordering.

Can you rush my order?

Last minute plans? We get it.  Contact us before you order, and we'll see if we can pull it off. BTW - extra shipping charges and rush fees may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Once you hit submit, your order is locked in. If you need to make a change, DM or email us, and we'll see if we can help out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No take-backs here, our pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and/or sourced second-hand, so all sales are final. If something is off with your item, we've got your back. Just reach out within seven days of delivery, and we'll do what we can to sort it out.

Wash on cold and inside out, then hang to dry. Pretty effortless if you ask me.
