How long will my order take?
Good things take time, orders usually take 1–3 weeks, depending on the time of year and order volume.

Need it sooner? Rush fulfillment is available on a case-by-case basis. To request a rush order, DM us on Instagram @withlove.ytb before ordering.

 

Preorders? They're worth the wait, and we'll always note extra wait time right on the product page.

Can you rush my order?

Last minute plans? We get it.  Contact us before you order, and we'll see if we can pull it off. BTW - extra shipping charges and rush fees may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Once you hit submit, your order is locked in. If you need to make a change, DM or email us, and we'll see if we can help out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No take-backs here, our pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and/or sourced second-hand, so all sales are final. If something is off with your item, we've got your back. Just reach out within seven days of delivery, and we'll do what we can to sort it out.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Can I request something I don’t see on the site?
Duh. If you’re looking for something specific, contact us, and we’ll let you know if we make all your dreams come true.

How should I wash my apparel?

Wash on cold and inside out, then hang to dry. Pretty effortless if you ask me.

Do you cover repairs or issues after purchase?

Yes! We offer a 3-month warranty on our products. If something like a rhinestone or stud falls off within 3 months of receiving your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

If your item arrives with a problem such as a stain, defect, or sizing issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacements or fixes for issues reported after the 7-day window.
